Hello,

I wonder if you could guide me with regards to next steps available to me, please.

In August there was an issue with water supply to flats (including mine) in the whole building. Due to a dispute between the water supplier and the property management my tenants and other flats occupiers were deprived of water for 10 days. Some of them were forced to seek alternative accommodation due to Covid threat, where inability of washing hands was a real scare. None of the parties admitted responsibility for the fault and eventually an agreement was reached to build a temporary solution (by the water supplier) until the fault is removed (by the property management).

The property management disputed that although the fault occurred on the private land, it was caused by the water supplier's activity. They are rejecting claims for service charge discount.

The water supplier is claiming that they cannot reveal any information due to data protection and their processes.

What would you suggest in this situation - where else can I escalate the issue, please?

Kind regards
Lidia
