I have a benefit tenant who refuse to pay rent and smoke drugs. DWP has agreed to pay me directly, not knowing how much though.
He started tenancy 2 or 3 months ago and we used NRLA template. Upon his request, we signed a one year tenancy. Can I still issue S21 if we have to after 4 months time line?
