I've just listened to the David Smith webinar and because my warrant wasn't issued until after 3rd August (it was about 17th, I think) it seems I have to reactivate it. It was mentioned that there is a form for doing so, on the NRLA site. There was a mention of misuse, misconduct or fraudulent activities, being grounds for priority. I wondered if that covered calling an emergency plumber in order to avoid communication. I still have the invoice for that although I refused to pay it.
