Hello
I am new to this forum, but I would like a bit of advice about carpets. My tenant is a lovely lady with 3 children. She has always paid her rent on time and looks after the house impeccably, although we look after her too. We have put her a new bathroom suite in and a new kitchen. Now she is asking if she can put new carpets in as she 'fancies a change' and asking if we should help towards paying for them. I don't think there is anything wrong with the carpets apart from needing a clean so where do I stand with this one? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you
