I have a possession order granted previous to the Covid outbreak and am now needing my tenant out of the property. I have seen that you can request to take the possession order to the High Court. I is suggested that this route is quicker than a County Court action. Is this is actually the case ? There does not seem access to time scales should you do so, so I wonder if it is worth paying nearly another £300 to take it to the High Court or just stick with the County Court and wait.

many thanks

Chris Wood.
