I am letting to a man who is a British Citizen who has been living in south Africa. He has moved back to the UK and wants his family and 2 dogs to follow him when they have been granted Right to live in the UK. His family includes, a son who is 16, a wife and daughter who are both over 18. How should I deal with this in the addendum and please can you advise on the wording I should use to grant them permission to live at the house with the the tenant when they have been granted legal right to do so
