I have a flat in a grade II listed building, which has been rented out since Nov 2010 and the EPC was done at that point. I was not aware of any exemptions or perhaps they didn't exist. My current tenant is planning to stay at least until Mar 2021 or longer. What do I need to do: (1) arrange for a new EPC by Nov 2020, i.e. to comply with a 10 year rule or (2) would I only need to do it when I need to remarket the flat or (3) do nothing as it should be exempt?
