Hi! Under the previous NLA mortgage services, I used the affiliated 'tbmc' broker. They charged NLA members around £300 broker fee and then we got cashback on each completed mortgage/re-mortgage. As I understand it you have now, under NRLA, got a different broker on board who also charges around £300 broker fee but from what I could find out there is no longer any cash back? Is this correct? If yes, then you have done us a dis-service in changing brokers. There are many 'specialist' landlord brokers out there so no singular one is better than another and now there seems little incentive for me to use one affiliated with my association. Local brokers charge around £300 so there's no gain. Why have you done this and can you get us back the cashback facility?
