Hello all. First post so be gentle! I have an applicant who has signed their tenancy agreement, to move in next month. They've paid 6 months rent in advance and their deposit on Saturday. However, they have pulled out. Apart from keeping the Holding Deposit, do I have any course for witholding any other monies that I will have to pay out again to the letting agent to re-advertise etc?
