Good afternoon, my new prospective tenant wants a washing machine provided by me by the time she moves in. I have not agreed to provide one, she says it is mandatory . She will only be there for a year , I said you could buy the one you want and take it with you when you move, she said they get damaged in transit maybe because of the jolting in the van. I've read numerous articles which tell you how to move it safely. Please kindly advise further? Thank you
