hi
I have a student who owes rent
he paid the first 2mths and then his father rang and said due to covid he no longer wanted his room he has no guarantor and has not as yet paid for November
I have told him about his responsibilities as a tenant but he is not answering me back either by phone or email
have you got a letter template I can use for student rent arrears?
