Is a protected tenancy more like a tenancy or a lease? Would I need to do things like boiler checks etc..or is it more like when a freeholder owns the building and you have a long term lease in terms of relationships?
Any other advice on protected tenancies would be gratefully appreciated the pros/cons etc..
Thank you
