I did not even know he was BTL until he moved in. He uses no Managing Agent even though he is away at
least 5 days a week. He is not really grateful for anything and expects us to be on tap. This would be bearable were it not for the fact that he is incredibly inconsiderate and rude and never offers help in return.
His tenants can be a pain. They moan and groan and if you are kind to them they get worse.
One- I have lived there for 20 years as owner_ accused me of deliberately damaging something on the property AND ACCUSING THEM OF DOING IT. There is no damage and why would I get into such a pointless
legal tangle?
He is reluctant to pay for anything eg maintenance unless it directly impacts on him and his tenants
I think it is impossible to get on with your neighbours if you are only interested in contacting them re
your income
