Hi - does anyone have any experience of IVAs? We have had someone get in touch to say our previous tenant is planning to pay rent arrears via an IVA and I'm wondering if we are guaranteed to get our money back or if there are potential pitfalls with these things. Was also wondering when would be a good time to release the deposit - is the IVA enough of a guarantee or should I wait until it's all paid off?
