Our letting agents normally carry out 2 rental property visits each year. The pandemic has meant that they are unable to do so.

We have now missed 2 visits and it is very likely that we will miss a third one and may be even a fourth.

This means that we are paying for a service included in their commission fee or in the annual tenancy renewal that they are not delivering. Albeit through no fault of their own.

I would like very much to hear from the NRLA and other landlords whether there is a legitimate case for a rebate. And if so how much should we be looking for?
