Hello
My tenants are moving out and this is the first time bills will go back in my name for 11 years! I will be spending three weeks redecorating the property after they leave.
Does it make sense for me to contact their utility provider and be proactive about the temporary change?
Also what is the advice about WiFi contracts? I was thinking of asking them to keep that going until I have finished the work, so that I have WiFi for the three weeks I am there, and I would pay them for it. Is there a better way of doing this?

Would be great to get some advice from you.

Steph
