My tenant's AST agreement states she needs to pay on the 29th of every month, which covers the rent until the 29th of the next month. She's just asked (because of when she gets paid and for helping her manage her finances) if she can instead pay on the 17th of every month. What do I need to do to cater for this change? She pays %C2£1,100 per month.
