"Not permit any visitor to stay in the Property for a period of more than three weeks within any three month period".
I have a new tenant who's daughter frequently stays overnight. Please would you let me know if the above clause in a Tenancy Agreement refers to a continuous period of three weeks or if the visitors leaves after 5 days and then returns for 4 days, leaves and returns for 14 days etc this is allowable under the Tenancy Agreement.
