Leaders - The Residency/Zero Deposit Option

Hi, Leaders offer a service called "The Residency" This is a service to tenants which tenants pay a monthly subscription too (A tenant fee?). this service offers things like the option for zero Deposit, free will writing service, free access to a discount portal for bars, shops, restaurants, free mortgage advice service, help with experian and their credit scoring, discount on virgin media etc..

Is this legal? Are agents allowed to offer a service to tenants for a monthly subscription?

The reason I ask is we are also looking to do something similar to offer a zero deposit option to tenants and also support this with a service such as a "Discount club" etc.
