How much stamp duty am I liable for, if I change homes, whilst owning a number of rental properties?

My wife and I own three rental properties. We also own our own home.
We have just sold our own home, and have offered on a new one. Essentially we are replacing our prime residence. We are currently living in one of our rental houses, which became vacant a few weeks ago, and shall be moving out once the purchase of our new house has concluded.
Can anyone assist me with the stamp duty implications of our move?
Are we going to have to fork out 3% on the entire sale price, because we own more than one property, or are we going to get some relief because we are replacing our primary residence ?
I haven't been able to get a definitive answer to this question, even from the HMRC .
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
