Mortgage Product Fee - deductible expense?

It seems that such fees once could have been fully deductible but under the new tax rules is this no longer the case?

I have one property that was remortgaged in November 2019 (2019/20 tax year) and I wonder if I can have this expense deducted retrospectively if indeed it is deductible. I have another that was remortgaged May 2021 (2020/21 tax year).
