AST Mortgaged/Non Mortgaged

Hello,

I used your AST for non mortgaged property. It has since been mortaged, 4 months into a 12 month contract. Do I need to sign a new contract with a Mortaged AST version. You don't appear to have the option for the two different types anymore? What is the difference? Thanks.
