The tenant has been in the property for 22 months. There is a considerable amount of damage to the paint work. Would it be reasonable to charge the tenant for this?
Also, there is damage to wooden flooring throughout - how does one go about charging for this?
And finally, if vertical blinds are broken, how does one go about charging for this?
