Accidental Tenant
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

My tenant has left his tenancy early and gone back to Portugal, however he has left a friend in the property and he wants to keep paying the rent, I do not wish to have him as a tenant as I have a need for the property myself.

The tenancy does not end until 14th December 2021 , but I have said that I will not hold the tenant to the tenancy if he surrenders the flat , I do not wish to accept rent from this unofficial tenants what can I do
