I have 3 tenancies that will expire in approximately 2 months time (they were all 12 months) we are happy with the tenants is it best to just let the AST turn into a periodic type or are we better to renew the AST. the deposits are held in a approved scheme but every time i renew the AST i have to repay a renew fee with these as well. we also wish to increase the rents on all 3 properties so again is it better to just renew the AST your advice is appreciated and for some reason i could not find any articles on periodic agreements...?
