Hi there,
I am purchasing a lease hold flat and the lease is only 58 years. I have heard that the government are changing the rules in regards marriage value and that the cost of extending a lease may be coming down in the bear future. Do you know if this is coming in soon and is there any idea when?
Any guidance greatly appreciated as this could be a significant saving.
