Your AST contract states that it will become a contractual periodic tenancy at the end of the term. I want it to become a statutory periodic tenancy not a contractual one as in Wales I can give notice to quit on any day of the month, not at the end of a period, if it is statutory. Do you have an alternative form or can I just add an amendment? What happens when Section 21 goes and we have to give six months notice?
