1) Within the inventory check in report a smoke detector/CO detector listed as 'Working' only confirms the testing button and beeper is in working order. It does not confirm the device is in a fully operational condition. How often does the LA/Landlord need to hire someone/themselves to carry out tests to confirm smoke detector system is fully operational?

2) Is PAT mandatory for the start of the tenancy? How often is it required?
