NRLA agrees new partnership with Leaders Romans Group
The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) today announces the start of a new partnership with Leaders Romans Group (LRG), one of the UK’s largest property services groups. LRG will become the NRLA’s National Lettings Partner, affording members a range of new benefits, including:
- 1/3 off published fees for new business on any landlord service level – Let Only, Rent Collection, or Fully Managed.
- Use of the Smart Investment service (powered by NRLA partner GetGround) which allows landlords to form a buy-to-let company in under 30 minutes.
- Financial support from LRG in the form of its Premier Service, in the event that a landlord becomes involved in legal proceedings.
- The use of Glide Property Management, a means of ensuring your residential properties are efficiently managed, whether you are a leaseholder or a block owner.
