Forum Spotlight: Cleaning arguments in HMO

A member posted on our forum recently looking for advice and experiences of other landlords around tenants in her HMO who often have arguments.

The landlord said each week she receives text messages or emails from one tenant about the antics of another. Usually the messages are about one tenant not keeping the property clean or contributing to the cost of cleaning products.

The landlord was becoming exasperated with the constant messages about the arguing and wanted to hear from other landlords about how best to respond.
