Course of the month: Focus on eClassroom

With the country starting to open up as restrictions are eased we have had a number of calls about our classroom courses.

While we are delighted you are eager to get back into the classroom, safety is paramount, so, for the moment we are focusing our resources on our programme of  eClassroom courses.

These are live, remote courses delivered via video by our expert trainers.

How does it work?

Course materials will be emailed prior to the day and while taking the course you will be able to see the trainer and other delegates and interact via your audio or the chat box.

This will allow you to ask questions and share your experiences just as you would in a classroom environment.

We currently have 27 eClassroom courses on offer – with various dates on offer, on everything from property refurbishment to managing arrears.

Interim head of training and accreditation Louise Togneri said: “eClassroom courses offer a similar experience to our traditional classroom courses, while minimising contact to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

“We are looking at how best to re-start in-person training in a safe and Covid-secure way and will keep you updated as to how and when this will happen.”
