A year after the Government launched its Homes for Ukraine scheme the NRLA has launched new guidance for landlords who want to house refugees from across the globe.
The factfinder document offers an overview of the UK’s refugee resettlement programme, including how private landlords can provide homes for resettled refugees.
It includes background on refugees and resettlement schemes in the UK, and refugees rights, as well as practical information about what you can do if you have a property you believe would be suitable for refugees and their families.
It also covers all the practical information you will need, such as who to contact, rent levels, and your responsibilities as a landlord.
A list of useful contacts is also provided.
