The Big Question: how do you find tenants for your rentals?

Do you use a traditional high street agent to find your tenants – or perhaps you use an online platform?

The methods you use to find tenants is the latest topic to come under the microscope in our Big Question feature for NRLA members’ magazine, Property.

Each edition we explore a topical issue related to renting, to find out more about your thoughts, opinions and experiences.

You may choose to use a letting agent to find tenants for your rentals, or alternatively you may rely on social media.

It may well depend on the type of rental – for example if you have a spare room in a HMO you may decide to use an online platform to find a tenant, or word of mouth.

Perhaps you use a variety of ways to source tenants.

Whatever your story, we are keen to hear from you to find out a little bit more about what you do and why.
