Each quarter we email members with invitations to participate in our quarterly consultation. For those who missed their invite, or do not subscribe to our mailings, this is another opportunity for landlords to take part. 

Each quarter we select different topics that affect your business, with the focus this quarter on Universal Credit, your views on the current state of the PRS and the forthcoming General Election:

• Are the DWP addressing difficulties in getting housing payments to landlords?
• Do you have confidence that the PRS will continue to play an important role in the housing mix in England & Wales?
• How important are the main parties' policies towards the PRS in helping you decide who to vote for?
• Do you think you will still be a landlord by the end of 2025?

This consultation will take 25-30 minutes to complete. We recommend you use a PC, laptop or larger tablet device, rather than a mobile phone. 

All participants in our quarterly surveys are entered into a prize draw with £250 of John Lewis vouchers for one lucky winner.
