About our consultations

Each quarter the NRLA run consultation exercises with members. One is run by the NRLA itself, the other (which focuses on portfolio-issues) is run by our market research partners at BVA-BDRC. Each quarter we e-mail members with invitations to participate. For those who missed, or do not subscribe to our mailings, this is another opportunity for landlords to take part.

This quarter the NRLA ask members about the impact of inflation and interest rates. What impact is it having on your business? What actions will you take? We are working with Capital Economics, a leading economic consultancy, to estimate the impact these changes will have on the Private Rented Sector.

All participants in our quarterly surveys are entered into a Prize Draw with £150 of John Lewis vouchers for the lucky winner.
