This qualification is nationally recognised and comprises of 4 units and requires approximately 110 hours of self-study followed by a multiple choice assessment. The assessment is included in the price and you a re-sit may be booked at no extra cost if required. You will have 12 months to complete all units.

Background
This qualification is designed for property managers who are required to have the understanding and skills to effectively manage privately rented properties. It will enable letting agents to enhance skills and also increase understanding of the rules and regulations they are bound by. This qualification is in line with English law.
The course is designed for new and existing letting agents who want to develop their property management skills for current and future success. The qualification is all based online and delivered via remote self-study to allow you to learn at your own pace. The final exam can be booked on completion of all units and can also be completed remotely from your home.
This course provides you with 10 core CPD points to be used to become accreditated with the NRLA. Please upload your certificate to your CPD log once complete for this to be approved.
Assessment
Each unit has a separate assessment for this course each taking up to 30 minutes. They can be completed all-in-1 go or on separate occasions, and the cost is included in the price. Once you have completed the course, please contact us at [email protected] to schedule the assessment confirming when you would like to complete them and your date of birth. We require 7 working days notice to schedule your assessment and you will have 90 days to complete the assessment at a time of your choosing. The assessment is completed remotely online from your personal laptop, PC at a location of your choosing, but it must be quiet and free from distractions. If assessments are not passed first time, you are provided 1 free re-sit. Following re-sits of each individual unit assessment will be charged at £20. Please allow up to 1 month for results to be recieved.
This course is worth 16 UCAS points.
