Call of the Week: Brexit and Right to Rent

This week our advice team helped a member who called up with a question about Right to Rent checks and Brexit.

Brexit is of course an ongoing topic in the news, and a member got in touch with us because they manage several properties which had EEA nationals as tenants. They wanted to know if anything has changed or is likely to change soon, regarding Right to Rent checks as a result of the end of the Brexit transition period.
