Call of the Week: Change of tenant in a HMO

This week we helped one of our members with a query relating to changing tenants part way through the fixed term of an agreement, due to a tenant wishing to leave a house share.

There are several ways this can be managed, and our member wanted our thoughts on what might be the best way to go about this, whether there was any extra paperwork to complete. Our adviser was happy to discuss the different options depending on the tenancy type.
