Call of the Week: Dealing with household pests

This week we were able to help one of our members with a pest problem at their property and how they should go about dealing with it.

With the summer well and truly here, the hot weather can increase the likeliness of certain pests such as flies and wasps making an appearance.

Pests are often a tricky problem that can crop up without fault on either the tenant or the landlord.

A member recently gave us a call because one of their tenants had notified them that there was a mouse at the property. Our landlord wanted to learn more about how best to proceed.
