Call of the Week: Move in date change

A member gave us a call this week with a question about the move in date for one of their tenants. Our member and tenant had already agreed a tenancy start date for the 30th July, however the tenant had approached our member to request an earlier move in date.

The landlord wanted to learn more about paperwork involved and things they needed to consider before accepting such a request.
