Landlord confidence falls amidst Covid pandemic

In our landlord confidence index blog this month, we take a glance at the latest figures from our Landlord Confidence Index. Data is gathered via our quarterly surveys and used to provide evidence to support our lobbying work. This quarter, our data shows that across the country, landlord confidence has fallen dramatically since Q2, with both inner and outer London among the least confident regions. However, there is one region where confidence has in fact grown in Q3, compared with Q2. Read more
