Introducing the NRLA's new Recognised Supplier Scheme

NRLA members often ask the association where they can source trusted and reliable professionals, for everything from legal services to tax and investment advice.

It is with this in mind NRLA has launched its new Recognised Supplier Scheme.

The scheme includes details of third-party companies who specialise in services for the private rented sector, which have been subject to a series of checks by the NRLA team before being approved to join.

This process means the NRLA is confident these select suppliers will provide a great service – although it is always recommended that customers make sure it is right for them before using it.

In addition to this the association works with them to secure preferential rates – making NRLA membership even better value for money.

This month we have welcomed two new suppliers on board, Loft and Safe 2.

Loft is a one-stop-shop for furniture and interiors, offering an all-in service from design to procurement and installation – even taking away your old furniture for you. It also offers full fit out services, from single homes to blocks of apartments.

Loft operates nationally and offers a 10% discount for NRLA members.

Safe 2 provides a digital solution for landlords who want to have peace of mind around their compliance requirements, allowing them to order and manage all their safety certificates in one place.

Safe 2 offers 5% of For NRLA members and also operates across the country.
