Nick Knowles to present 2024 NRLA conference
TV favourite Nick Knowles has been confirmed as the host for the 2024 NRLA Landlord Conference.
The presenter will join landlords, agents and developers, along with a team of expert speakers at the event at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.
The 2024 conference, on November 6, will be third annual event and promises to be bigger and better than ever.
Award-winning events
The first NRLA's conference two years ago scooped a number of industry awards, including silver in the Best Association Event category of the Conference & Events Awards 2023.
And just this week we discovered that the 2023 conference in Birmingham has reached the final in two categories in this year's awards; up for the titles of Best Association Event and Best UK Conference or Event for up to 1,000 delegates.
In what was a huge coup for the association Housing Secretary Michael Gove gave the keynote speech at last year’s conference and answered questions from NRLA members – with the speaker for the 2024 conference set to be announced in the coming weeks.
Both events sold out, with delegates praising the ‘professional delivery’ and 'up-to-date and highly relevant' subject matter.
What to expect?
With the new Renters (Reform) Bill, currently making its way through Parliament promising the biggest shake-up to the private rented sector in more than 30 years, members can expect expert opinion, information and advice on all the changes up ahead, as well as further legislative updates and expert financial and investment advice.
There will also be networking opportunities and an exhibition hall showcasing services and products from NRLA partners and other relevant firms, many of whom will be offering exclusive discounts for delegates.
