What could tenant hardship loans look like?

Hopefully you have seen our calls for financial support in the sector to tackle rent arrears as a result of the pandemic. We wanted to provide more detail on what this would look like for landlords and tenants and what the NRLA is calling for.

We believe tenant hardship loans should be interest-free and government-guaranteed and would be paid directly to landlords.
