On 5 March the NRLA will jointly host a networking event with Crisis, during which attendees can learn more about our work across the Welsh private rented sector.
Online event to launch new PRS research
The NRLA will hold an exclusive report launch and panel discussion about the role of the private rented sector (PRS) this month. The report, commissioned by the NRLA and conducted by Chris Walker from ChamberlainWalker and a former Head of Housing at Policy Exchange, looks at the purpose of the private rented sector, with the discussion centring on its role amidst the current chronic housing shortage and affordability crisis.
