NRLA on Tour: New dates added

Hundreds of landlords have already attended the NRLA’s free ‘NRLA on Tour’ events with new dates now added to the calendar in Aberystwyth, Southampton, and Manchester. The events invite a line-up of expert speakers and exhibitors to share knowledge and expertise with delegates, as well as giving landlords the opportunity to hear directly from NRLA CEO, Ben Beadle.

Furnished holiday lets (FHL) will now be treated in the same way as other rentals when it comes to tax, with changes coming in from April next year. The plan to abolish the FHL tax regime was announced in the Conservative budget this spring, with the new Government announcing detailed proposals to bring the plans forward as a priority.
