Member Exclusive: Renters' Rights Webinar
With the Renters’ Rights Bill still expected to receive Royal Assent ahead of the summer recess, the NRLA is inviting you to an exclusive member webinar giving you all you need to know before the bill moves into law.
The webinar will be held on 17th July, between 11am - 12 noon, with our chief policy officer, Chris Norris joined by expert guests to lead you through the key changes, reflect on how the sector is likely to be impacted and outline what you need to do next.
The Renters’ Rights Bill will fundamentally alter the way the private rented sector operates, with changes including:
- The abolition of section 21
- An end to fixed term tenancies
- Changes to possession grounds
- A new PRS database
- New standards for private rented homes
As well as giving you all the very latest as to where you stand when it comes to the new legislation, we will also run through the lobbying we are carrying out behind the scenes to ensure the final reforms are workable for landlords as well as tenants.
While the commencement date for the bill is yet to be confirmed it is vital you stay up-to-date with progress, so click here to book your place today.
