NRLA announces Movewise as official sales partner

The NRLA is delighted to announce that it has appointed Movewise, the UK’s leading property sales management service, as its property sales partner. 

By taking the hassle out of selling and buying property and making the process more efficient, Movewise ensures that every landlord can get the maximum value from their investments, whether they are selling a single property or reviewing an entire portfolio. In addition, Movewise facilitates direct sales between landlords, allowing NRLA members to find new buying opportunities before they appear on the open market. Encouraging member to member transactions negates the need for section 21 and allows tenants to remain in place. How Movewise works

Movewise offers three sales methods, which can be used singly or in combination to deliver the best possible results for any property:

  1. Direct marketing to investors. This provides an additional benefit for NRLA members as they can register their buying interests with Movewise and be the first to find out about new investment opportunities.

  2. Managed multi-agent sales. Movewise uses advanced data analysis to identify the best estate agents to sell each individual property, then co-ordinate valuations from multiple agents. If the first selected agent does not deliver a buyer at the right price, the seller is free to switch agents at no additional cost.

  3. Auction. For properties that are more challenging to sell on the open market, or where a fast sale is essential, Movewise can arrange sale at auction.

To date, Movewise has sold over £200m worth of property, ranging in value from £50,000 to £10,000,000 and listed portfolios of 100+ properties.
