NRLA launches new eLearning platform: Free course for all members

To celebrate the launch of the NRLA’s new eLearning platform, members can access one of our courses for free.

For a limited time, the Tenancy Deposits eLearning course is completely free to access for NRLA members, and costs just £10 for non-members to complete.

Users will get access to this free course for one month.

Improvements

The NRLA’s new eLearning platform aims to offer an enhanced user experience for members.

Following feedback from users, improvements have been made to the training dashboard, making it more accessible and easier to use. Additional advancements include:

•    Hassle-free login: Learners will be able to sign in to the Training Academy using NRLA membership account details for easy access.

•    Device compatibility: Courses are easier to access from mobile devices (mobile, tablet, laptop etc.)

•    Offline content support: Learners will be able to continue course progress regardless of internet connection. Progress will be updated, and you can pick up from where they left off.

To celebrate the launch of the new platform, once members have completed the free taster course, they will also be able to access a 30% discount off another eLearning course of their choice.

The NRLA’s eLearning courses

The NRLA’s multi-award-winning Training Academy offers more than 21 eLearning courses for landlords and letting agents.

Courses range from those aimed at users who are new to the industry, such as Becoming a Landlord and Landlord Fundamentals, to courses on specific aspects of tenancy management such as Foundation Fire Safety and Property Standards.

More than 7000 people completed an NRLA eLearning course in the last 12 months, with the NRLA continuing to run both Classroom and eClassroom courses in addition to this.

Twelve-month access

While eClassroom and Classroom courses are delivered in a live setting, users are able to access eLearning courses for twelve months after they have signed up to the course.

Courses can be completed in bite-sized chunks, and in the fast-paced world of property, users can also be assured that eLearning courses are kept up to date, reflecting legal changes.

NRLA Head of Business Development and Training Kitty Ellison said:

“Here at the NRLA we are constantly looking to innovate and improve our training offering for our members. We are very excited to launch our brand-new eLearning platform and we are working hard in the background to give our courses a facelift too, along with providing new content and resources.

“We have seen a steady rise in the popularity of our eLearning offering over the past year, and we hope investing in our new platform will enhance the learning experience for users.

“Everyone has different learning styles, so we would also encourage members who perhaps have never completed one of our eLearning courses before to try out the new platform by booking our free taster course.”
