I have a tenant who is late paying/hasn't yet paid in advance for the 2nd month's rent. He has been chased many times since the payment was due around 10 days ago and he is not returning calls. What actions can we take and in the worst case scenario procedures do we need to start making to try and evict him? We have six weeks deposit.
